Israeli company unveils AI-powered counter-drone system combining radar, cyber takeover and jamming

Israeli firm D-Fend Solutions has launched EnforceAir PLUS, a compact AI-powered counter-drone system that combines radar detection, RF cyber takeover and optional jamming in a single platform.

The new system expands the company’s established radio-frequency cyber approach with two added layers designed for a faster and more flexible response to drone threats. It includes auto-calibrated radar for detection and tracking, alongside a software-defined jamming capability that can be activated as needed. The result is a broader set of defensive options for operators facing increasingly diverse unmanned aircraft threats. Rather than relying on one method of disruption, the platform is built to support detection, assessment and mitigation within the same package.

At the center of the system is D-Fend’s SmartAir fusion engine, which merges cyber and radar inputs into a single operational picture. That fused view is intended to help operators identify threats faster and make decisions with less delay. By consolidating sensor data and countermeasures into one platform, the system reflects a wider industry shift toward more integrated counter-UAS architectures that reduce workload and improve reaction time in the field.

The launch underscores how counter-drone technology is moving beyond standalone tools toward layered systems that combine sensing and effectors under one command framework. As drone threats continue to evolve in speed, scale and complexity, compact integrated platforms such as EnforceAir PLUS are likely to draw attention from military, security and critical infrastructure operators looking for quicker and more adaptable defenses.
